We are dedicated to the health and well-being of our kittens, and we take great pride in providing you with a happy and healthy new feline companion. Our health guarantee outlines the steps we take to ensure the health of our kittens and the commitments we make to you, our valued customer.

Our Commitment to Health

Al Noor Kittens, we follow stringent health protocols to ensure that each kitten is in excellent health before they join their new families. Our commitment includes:

1. Comprehensive Veterinary Care

Every kitten receives comprehensive veterinary care, including:

Routine Health Check-Ups: Regular examinations by a licensed veterinarian to monitor and maintain the overall health of our kittens.
Vaccinations: Up-to-date vaccinations to protect against common feline diseases.
Deworming: Routine deworming to ensure that our kittens are free from parasites.
FIV/FELV Testing: Testing for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FELV) to ensure your kitten is free from these infections.

2. Health Certificate

Each kitten comes with a health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian, certifying that they are in good health and fit for travel or adoption. This certificate includes details of their health check-up, vaccinations, and any other pertinent health information.

Initial Period Health Guarantee

We offer an initial health guarantee period of 72 hours from the time you receive your kitten. During this period, you should:

Schedule a veterinary visit within the first 72 hours to establish a health record and ensure your kitten is in good health.
If any health issues are detected during this initial period, you must notify us immediately with a written statement from your veterinarian.

Congenital and Hereditary Defects Guarantee

Al Noor Kittens offers a one-year guarantee against any congenital or hereditary defects that may affect the quality of life of your kitten. If a congenital or hereditary defect is identified within this period, we offer the following options:

Replacement: We will provide you with a replacement kitten of equal value.
Refund: We will offer a partial refund towards the medical costs incurred for treating the defect, up to the purchase price of the kitten.

Conditions of the Guarantee

To ensure the validity of our health guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

Veterinary Examination: The kitten must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
Proper Care: The kitten must be provided with proper care, including regular veterinary check-ups, vaccinations, a nutritious diet, and a safe living environment.
Notification: Any health issues must be reported to us immediately, accompanied by a written statement from your veterinarian.
Non-Transferable: The health guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Exclusions

The health guarantee does not cover:

Common feline ailments that are easily treatable, such as colds, minor infections, or parasites.
Illnesses resulting from neglect, accidents, or improper care.
Stress-related conditions that may arise due to relocation and adjustment to a new environment.
